Tomorrow night the Moscow metro will host a special tribute to J.R.R. Tolkien: a preview performance of an opera based on The Silmarillion, performed entirely in Elvish.
Taking place at Delovoy Tsentr station to mark the 125th anniversary of the birth of the English writer, The Silmarillion will be accompanied by the Russian presidential orchestra.
For those not lucky enough to win tickets to the performance through Facebook, the show will be broadcast live on the official Moscow metro website.
The Silmarillion is a collection of works by The Lord of the Rings author J. R. R. Tolkien, edited and published posthumously by his son.
