Covering five hectares, the complex will providing tourist accommodation, recreation areas, offices and meeting spaces for international events.

Each building will be connected at different levels by passages, squares and platforms, with quays leading to the sea.

The hub hopes to tap into a number of different tourism markets, with plans to attract visitors for business events and conferences, as well as wellness and sailing breaks.

The company led a consortium of seven other firms to design the project, with a first stage deadline of 2021.
