Russian streetwear brand Outlaw has launched a futuristic capsule collection with secret microchips sewn into the logo.

Outlaw Creative teamed up with Russian web platform Mail.ru to create the project, simply called “Mailman”.

The range includes a bomber jacket, backpack, and hoodie, each styled with utilitarian military straps and buckles. Shoppers will be able use the Outlaw Moscow app to scan the microchip and verify their genuine products.

The new campaign follows the “mailman” from Moscow to Singapore and Georgetown. “The story behind the campaign is the interconnection between technology and tradition in the West and the East,” say the team.
