Street art festival opens in Moscow

A festival of street art has opened in Moscow this week, celebrating all forms of urban art including spray art, public art, land art and much more. Organisers of the annual MOST Moscow Street Art Festival hope that by exploring the ways art can be integrated into the urban landscape, the city can be seen as a creative space that’s open to experimentation.

Artists from Russia and Europe will be provided with spaces at Artplay and Red October, two of Moscow’s most established art clusters. Last year’s inaugural festival led to the creation of the first legal graffiti wall and creative space for street art in Moscow.
