The Moscow Department of Public Transport has announced a competition for graffiti designs to raise awareness about the importance of road safety. The department will collaborate with Moscow news website M24.ru on its Everyone is Equal campaign which is designed to increase tolerance and respect on the road “regardless of engine capacity, horsepower and the number of wheels on a vehicle”.

Participants will share their designs on Instagram, with a panel of judges made up of representatives of the Department of Public Transport, M24.ru and professional artists deciding the winner. The winning design will be graffitied on Myasnitskaya Street in central Moscow. Everyone is Equal is set to begin in early May and will run until the end of the summer.
