If you’re in St Petersburg this weekend, check out the Present Perfect Festival — a celebration of electronic music and contemporary culture at the city’s Street Art Museum.
Set in eastern Europe’s largest open-air museum, on the site of an old but still functioning industrial factory, the festival will take place against the backdrop of a huge street art exhibition that brings together the work of artists from 13 countries.
Lasting 19 hours, the festival begins with a picnic accompanied by musical performances, lectures and family activities, later hosting an array of underground electronic musicians together with awe-inspiring visuals. Among the artists taking part this year are Siberian techno artist Dasha Rush, Russian producers El, Shutta & Hoopa, French act In Aeternam Vale and Finnish artist and producer Mesak.
Present Perfect will take place from 6pm on 30 July – 1pm on 31 July at St Petersburg’s Street Art Museum.
