Remember the good old days of Windows 95? Moscow-based designer Misha Petrick does.

In a recent series of GIFs, Petrick has envisioned what popular photo and video-sharing platform Instagram might look like on Windows 95. He demonstrates what three key aspects of Instagram might look like: scrolling through your feed, receiving notifications of new followers and “likes”, and adding filters to photos.
