The second Artmossphere Moscow Street Art Biennale has announced its curators and participants — this edition of the Biennale will see an array of Russian and international street artists and experts descend on the Russian capital.

Taking “The Invisible Wall” as its theme, the collective exhibition held at Moscow’s Manege exhibition space will be made up of works by 26 Russian and 42 foreign artists.

The curators range from representatives of cultural institutions both in Russia and abroad to experts in the field of street art. Among them are the Italian gallery Wunderkammern; director and curator of the Urban Nation street art museum in Berlin, Yasha Young; head of the Paris urban art agency Le grand jeu, Christian Omodeo; representative of the curatorial group of the online graffiti-focused publication Vltramarine, Dmitry Asuka; the American programme director of the Living Walls street art summit, Monica Campana; and the Moscow Museum of Modern Art.

Among the foreign participants are Miss Van from Barcelona, SpY from Spain and duo The London Police. Russian participants include Moscow graffiti veteran Vova Nootk, young artist Ivan Naynti from Mordovia, along with Andrew Adno, Misha Most, Pasha 183, and Ilya Slak.

The second Artmossphere Moscow Street Art Biennale will take place from 30 August 2016 – 18 January 2017. All the art works presented will be unique and created by the artists during their residence in Moscow. More information can be found here.
