Ramzan Kadyrov celebrates Chechen women in full set of armour

Take a look at Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov celebrating Chechen women in style – in a full set of armour, no less!

The acting head of the Chechen Republic, located in the North Caucasus, arrived yielding a sword and spear in honour of a reception at Grozny’s Safia Palace to mark Chechen Women’s Day.

“We are pleased that inhabitants of Chechnya every year reach new heights in science, culture, health, and civic life. I warmly congratulate all Chechen women, and wish them peace and prosperity. [...],” Mr Kadyrov posted on his Instagram page.
