Check out the vintage-style instant camera from Ukrainian startup Jollylook, the first of its kind to be made from recycled paper and cardboard.
Jollylook has been a huge hit on crowdfunding site Kickstarter, where it reached its funding goal just one day into the fundraising campaign. With 23 days left, Jollylook has already raised over $211,000 — the original goal was just $15,000.
The camera has an inbuilt 110mm lens and adjustable diaphragm, and works with Fujifilm Instax Mini film cartridges.
What’s more, Jollylook has eco-credentials.
“Jollylook uses less material than used in the packaging of a regular camera,” the team behind the camera say. “Jollylook is as dangerous to the environment as a banana peel.”
And at just $38, it’s something of a steal.
Jollylook intends to release the first batch of cardboard instant cameras in mid-2017. You can support the startup’s quest here.
