Thirsty? Help fund the Croatian app championing free drinking water

Croatian startup Freewa has launched a crowdfunding campaign for its Free Water Project, an initiative aiming to increase access to free drinking water and reduce plastic pollution.

The Freewa app maps global sources of clean, free drinking water. As well as donating funds, the startup also invites the public to write in with other sources of drinking water to be featured in the app.

Accompanying the app is the 100% recyclable Freewa glass bottle and eco felt bag — a durable and reusable alternative to non-biodegradable plastic water bottles. Next time your bottle is empty, just check the app to find your nearest spot for a refill.
