Polish collective Synergia brings musical healing to Warsaw’s underground dance scene

Warsaw-based collective Synergia is infusing Poland’s dance scene with the healing power of music for a new event celebrating International Women’s Day.

Berlin-based artist DJ Hunee will headline the special event on 9 March, combining electronica, Indonesian musicians and meditation sessions.

Named Music Therapy, the event will explore how music can heal trauma and offer a place of refuge for suppressed voices.

The set will follow two organised protests against Poland’s restrictive abortion laws, and all profits will be donated to the city’s Woman’s Rights Centre.
