Hungarian artist Dóra Rea Kövér takes jewellery design beyond rings and necklaces. Her projects seek to decorate parts of the body which have long been neglected in Western culture: knees, elbows and head pieces.
Kövér works her materials to make each piece as lightweight as possible, using plastic and aluminium. The goal is to make unique, show-stopping jewellery that “still feels [as if it was] always there, like the bones in our bodies.”
