Gediminas Daugela is a Moscow-based artist of Lithuanian origin who works with CGI and sound. Born in Kaunas, Lithuania, in 1989, he moved to Russia at the age of 11, where he would go on to graduate from Rodchenko School in 2018. His playfully expressive, yet bleak video loops explore visual languages in motion and how they code subjectivity and hijack emotions through high-definition allure, repetition, and post-cinematic affect.
