Moscow’s White Rabbit has been rated among the world’s 20 greatest restaurants.
White Rabbit moved up five places from last year to gain the 18th spot on the list, the best result ever for a Russian restaurant. The jury noted that White Rabbit’s chef, Vladimir Mukhin, stands “at the forefront of Russia’s new wave of gastronomic talents”.
The list, which was compiled by British magazine The Restaurant Magazine, lists Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, as the world’s best restaurant.
Twins and Chestnaya Kukhnya, also both located in Moscow, joined White Rabbit in the top 100, coming in 75th and 100th place respectively.
