Croatia’s first land art trail is now open at Učka Nature Park, situated in the north-west of the country.
The 6.5km Sapaćica Land Art Trail on Ćićarija mountain leads you on a journey through beautiful scenery and takes in 20 works of land art. These include Red tree, highlighting the impact of man on nature and interactive work Stone playground, which invites visitors to create their own art.
The man behind the trail is Boris Pecigoš, who hopes that visitors will gain a heightened sense of the connection between man and the natural environment.
