Vera Leonova

Vera Leonova is Deputy Dean of the HSE Graduate School of Urbanism, a centre for learning and research in urban studies and sustainable urban planning in Russia. She is an acknowledged expert in the field of urban education, and in September was elected as a local councilor in the Zamoskvorechye district in Moscow.
