Point of view: a backstage exclusive with CocoRosie

When The Calvert Journal found out that CocoRosie was performing in Moscow, we jumped at the chance to hand them a disposable camera to capture their stay in the Russian capital. The result is a backstage exclusive with the two sisters, Bianca "Coco" and Sierra "Rosie" Casady, as well their backing musicians — a bassist, a keyboardist and a beatboxer. When they weren't partying backstage, the US band was busy exploring Moscow, stopping off at the Red Square, a Nicolas Jaar gig at nightclub Gipsy, the Strelka Institute for media, architecture and design, and the Hermitage Garden.
